Heard.

This Court stayed the execution of the decree subject to furnishing the Bank guarantee to the tune of Rs.6,20,700/-. Two weeks time was granted. However, for the reason stated in the application it could not be furnished in time. Though, the State Bank of India issued bank guarantee on 09/03/2020, due to COVID- 19 Pandemic situation it could not be furnished. In view of that the appellant is permitted to furnish Bank guarantee now. The office to accept it.

The Civil Application is disposed of.

The appellant is permitted to carry out the amendment as permitted by this Court on 04/03/2020, so also appellant to remove office objections within 15 days. The matter be kept on 09/09/2021.
