Heard.

This petition is filed by two petitioners who are disqualified to continue as Members of Grampanchayat. The disqualification of the two petitioners is on different grounds and in different set of facts. In my view, the joint writ petition is not maintainable. The writ petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
