DATED : 22-08-2017 This Court by the order dated 11-04-2017 granted request of the learned Counsel for the applicant seeking one week's time to place copies of depositions of witnesses on record.

The copies of depositions have not been placed on record. The learned Counsel fairly states that although the applicant was requested to do the needful, there is no response.

I have attempted to come to some definite conclusion by perusing the judgment with the assistance of the learned Counsel. However, in the absence of copies of depositions this Court is finding it difficult to address the issue of grant of leave to appeal.

2 appa59.16 Since the applicant is not instructing the Counsel and therefore, the copies of the depositions are not on record, the application seeking leave to appeal is rejected.
