By this petition, the petitioner seeks direction to the Tahsildar to decide his application dated 03.10.2022 (Page 95).

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, upon instructions, makes a statement that the Tahsildar would be willing to do so after issuing notice to the concerned parties and hearing them, considering which no notice to the respondent Nos. 4(i) to (v) is necessary.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of by directing the Tahsildar, Salekasa, Deori Sub Division, TahsilSalekasa, District Gondia/respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 03.10.2022 after issuing notice to all concerned and hearing them.
