Considering the facts of the case and accepting the submission made on behalf of the appellant, the appeal is restored to file subject to deposit of Rs.Two Thousand with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and producing the receipt of it on record till 4th March, 2015. If the above order is complied till 4th March, 2015, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 27th April, 2015.

In addition to the regular mode of service the appellant shall serve the respondents by Speed Post Acknowledgment Due, to be supplied to the office till 4th March, 2015.
