The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Subhan, on instructions received, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal (MRT) or such other Tribunal or Court, as may be advised.

However, Mr. Subhan would submit that since the petitioners are in possession of the land in question since 1997, the possession may be protected for thirty days to enable the petitioner to approach the learned MRT/any other court and to apply for appropriate relief. 4.

The submission is reasonable.

While the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, the possession of the petitioners qua the agricultural land in question shall be protected for the next thirty days. 6.
