The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Subhan, on instructions received, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to revive the prayer for injunction before the civil court, if the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal (MRT) or any other authority Tribunal or Court stays or sets aside the order of the Tahsildar on the basis of which the injunction granted in favour of the petitioners is vacated.
