Perused the reply of the prosecution, First Information Report and other documents placed before the Court.
It appears that now the major part of the investigation is over and stage of custodial interrogation of the applicant is already over. It is also informed at the Bar by learned Senior Advocate that there is stay granted by the Division Bench of this Court for filing of charge-sheet in the matter. The applicant is having roots in the society. There is no material placed before me to show that the applicant is likely to misuse the liberty if he is granted bail. In view of above, I find that no purpose is going to be served by keeping the applicant behind the bar. Application is granted. The applicant is directed to be released on bail in Crime No. 518/2017 registered with Police Station, Hudkeshwar, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on his furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 100,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum, on the following conditions :
2 ba75.18 (1) The applicant shall attend Police Station every Sunday between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon till filing of the charge-sheet.
(2) Applicant shall not go abroad without prior permission of the trial Court and he shall deposit his Passport with the Investigating Officer till conclusion of the trial.
(3) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. The applicant shall cooperate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the trial. Disposed of.
