By this application, the original claimants seek permission for verification and identification of respondent No.6 - Padmakar Totaram Balapure.

As per the contention of the respondents, this court has already permitted the respondents to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company.

Today respondent Nos.1 to 4 are present before the Registrar (Judicial) for verification and identification, however respondent No.6 is aged about 81 years and bedridden and unable to travel to Nagpur for identification and verification and requested for permitting respondent No.6 to verify and identify through video conferencing. The application is supported by the medical certificates which shows that Shri Padmakar Totaram Balapure - respondent No.6 is aged about 81 years and bedridden and also having disability due to old age.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, supported by the medical certificates, registry to verify the identification of respondent No.6 through video conferencing by appropriate mode as per the rules. 6.
Civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
