Since in pursuance to the order dated 22/07/2024, the petitioner has been examined by the medical board GMC Nagpur, who by the certificate dated 13/08/2024, has certified the petitioner as fit for duty, he shall place this certificate before administrator who shall take appropriate action in pursuance to the same for promotion of the petitioner to the post of headmaster, in case he is otherwise entitled. The same shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date on which the copy of this order along with the original certificate is presented before the administrator. The petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
