ATE : FEBRUARY 11, 2025 1) This is an application for restoration of the petition, which was dismissed in default by an order dated 13/12/2024 for non-removal of office objections.

2) Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove the office objections within a week.

3) Having considered the same, we deem it appropriate to allow the petition. Hence, the application is allowed, and Writ Petition No.2125/2018 is restored to its original position. The applicant is directed to remove the office objections within a week; otherwise, the application/petition shall be dismissed without reference to the Court.

4) List the matter after two weeks.
