Dated : 8th January, 2019 The petitioner retired from service upon attaining the age of superannuation with effect from 31-3-2015. On 10-3-2016, the respondent proposed to conduct an enquiry against the petitioner in respect of such charges which include one of misappropriation. The petitioner has received the entire post-retiral benefits. If pursuant to such enquiry the recovery is proposed, the petitioner can defend it by filing a civil suit in accordance with law.
