The Office of Registrar of this Court received a Communication dated 11.02.2025 from the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur for extension of time of one year to dispose of the Special Civil Suit No.463/2006.

For the reasons mentioned in the communication, time of "one year" is extended to dispose of the above referred suit. Though time is extended for one year, the learned Judge to give priority as time bound matter and dispose it within the extended time.
