The petition was basically filed for maintenance of the Gadkari Smarak in the memory of great Poet late Shri Ram Ganesh Gadkari. An affidavit is filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2 & 3 dated 7.5.2015 by Dr. Virag Gopal Sontakke, Assistant Director, Department of Archaeology, Nagpur pointing out therein all the steps that are taken for conservation of Gadkari Smarak.

In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner stands satisfied. The photographs of the renovation work are also placed on record. We are also satisfied that the work has been executed properly.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of as having served its purpose.
