The petitioners claim to be the claimants under the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. As a sequel of which, an award came to be passed which is under execution in MACT Darkhast No.13/2021 pending on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Gondia.

It is claimed through the petition that the execution proceedings are not taken to its logical end.

In the wake of this background, we deem it appropriate to direct the learned District and Sessions Judge, Gondia with whom the execution proceedings, bearing MACT Darkhast No.13/2021, are pending, if not already decided, to decide the same expeditiously. 5.
