Shri Jaiswal, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 on instructions submits that the auction notice dated 07.01.2023 intending to sell the mortgaged property owned by the petitioners would not be further acted upon as the Bank has not received sufficient bids for proceedings with the auction.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. It is open for the petitioners to take appropriate steps in case bank proceeds with recovering the mortgaged property.
