Heard.

It is not in dispute that the applicant in fact was not the official, who committed any financial irregularity, but the official, who conducted enquiry into the allegations of commission of financial irregularities by the other accused persons. One, therefore, wonders as to, on what basis the offences against applicant could have been roped into the present case and made an accused along with the other accused persons, who respective roles were inquired into by the applicant. Therefore, I am of the opinion that, this is a fit case for grant of confirmed anticipatory bail. The application is allowed. The interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 25th January, 2018 is confirmed on the same conditions with addition of condition that the applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer in the investigation.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
