The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, has made a prayer for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to direct the concerned Authority to expedite the revision proceedings filed by the petitioner-Society. 2.

In view of above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The concerned Authority is directed to expedite the revision proceedings of the petitioner-Society as early as possible and in any case within a period of ten weeks from today.
