DATED : JANUARY 28, 2020 This is application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of sole respondent, who died on 11/08/2019, during pendency of the present writ petition. Along with the said application, the petitioner has also filed application for condonation of delay in moving the application for bringing on record legal representatives and for setting aside abatment. 2.

Since this Court in the present case is concerned with a writ petition, the application for condonation of delay and for setting aside abatment are unnecessary and, therefore, they are disposed of without necessity of passing any orders.

In so far as the application for bringing on record legal representatives is concerned, the details of the legal representatives are given in paragraph No.3

2 wp2895.19.odt of the said application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the aforesaid legal representatives of the sole respondent are permitted to be brought on record. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Upon such amendment being carried out, issue notice to the legal representatives of the sole respondent, returnable in four weeks.

The petitioner is granted liberty to serve the legal representatives in the pending suit before the Trial Court.
