Considering the fact that fundamentally this is a case of riot in which several persons have been implicated as accused and many of them have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court as well as the concerned Sessions Court and the role of this applicant cannot be distinguished from the role of those released on anticipatory bail, I am of the view that this application too deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the interim bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 03/02/2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions and also on the condition that he shall remain present in the police station as and when required.
