DATE : 16-02-2023 Mr. Jibhkate, learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, submits that an amount of Rs 4,49,385/- be permitted to be withdrawn out of the amount deposited by the respondents in this Court, and the same would satisfy his claim for which the Contempt Petition has been initiated.

Mr. Chande, learned Counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 has no objection for the same, considering which, the Contempt Petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs 4,49,385/-.

The balance amount shall be refunded back to respondent no.1.

It is made clear that the amount of Rs. 2 Lacs claimed to have been received during the
