By consent of learned Counsel appearing for the parties, the order impugned dated 16-01-2024 is set aside. The respondent No.1 shall decide the application for condonation of delay afresh after hearing the parties. Respondent No.1 shall endeavour to decide the application for condonation of delay within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the event delay is condoned, respondent No.1 shall decide the main proceedings within a period of four months from the date of condoning the delay.
