After hearing the learned Counsel for the appellant to some extent and after going through the previous order passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail, learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file afresh, if trial is not concluded within six months. 2.

Considering the pendency before the trial Court, liberty is granted to file fresh appeal after nine months, if trial is not concluded within nine months. 3.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
