The matter has been settled before the Mediator. The Terms of Settlement are placed on record. The terms are signed by the appellant No.1 as also respondent Nos. 2, 4, 5 and 6. The counsel submits that the appellant No.2 has expired so also respondent Nos. 1 and 3. Therefore, their signatures have been not obtained. The Terms of Settlement have been signed by appellants' and respondents' counsel as also by the learned Mediator.

In view of above, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement. Decree be drawn up accordingly.
