"Heard.

The order impugned dated 2-1-2025, is a consequential order, which appears to be passed on the basis of order dated 20-8-2019 passed by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Taluka Warora under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 read with Rule 86-F of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961. Order dated 20-82019 has been not challenged. The petitioner shall, therefore, satisfy the Court as to the maintainability of the petition and shall, in any case, deposit 50% of the outstanding amount to show his bona fide.

At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, stand over 31-1-2025."

As could be seen, the petitioner was directed to deposit 50% of the outstanding amount to show his bona fides. The petitioner has not deposited the amount. Learned counsel seeks four weeks time to deposit the amount. Granted as a last chance. If the amount is not deposited within four weeks, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 3.

If the amount is deposited, list the petition after four weeks.
