This is an application filed by the applicants-respondent nos.1 and 2 for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant. Heard the learned counsel for both the sides. Having considered the judgment and Award passed by the Reference Court, I am of the view that out of 75% of the amount deposited in this court, 50% of the amount is allowed to be withdrawn conditionally. The application is allowed. The permission is granted to applicantsrespondent nos.1 and 2 to withdraw 25% of the amount on usual undertaking and 25% of the amount by furnishing surety both to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) to be furnished within four weeks from the date of the order.

With this order, civil application stands disposed of. JUDGE Gulande
