The petitioners - management have challenged the order passed by the School Tribunal by which the delay of about 27 months in filing appeal is condoned by the School Tribunal. In para no. 10 of the impugned order, the Tribunal has discussed the factors which weighed with it for exercise of the discretion in favour of the respondent no. 1 - employee. After hearing the learned advocate for the petitioners and considering the material placed on record, I find that the Tribunal has not committed any error which necessitates interference by this Court in the extra-ordinary jurisdiction.

The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
