ATE : MARCH 19 , 2024 Even if the petitioner is an employee of the Zilla Parishad, the nature of relief claimed in the petition pertains to the action of the State Government of drawing the seniority list at State level. Such seniority list at State level is sought to be drawn so as to form a single cadre at the State level to effect the posting of Officers all over Maharashtra that too by the State Government.

2) In view of above, in our opinion the remedy lies before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. That being so, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to approach before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.
