This Court passed the following order on 25.02.2020.

The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that the articles received from the family of the complainant on the occasion of the engagement ceremony or in connection with the marriage shall be returned, if not seized already.

2.In view of the statement, the applicant is directed to deposit the articles, if not already seized, with the Investigating Officer.

3.List the application on 03-3-2020 for reporting compliance.

2] It is not in dispute that the order is complied with.

3] In view of the nature of the accusations, it is

aba57.20.O.odt obvious that the custodial interrogation is not necessary. The applicant is a Sepoy in State Resrve Police Force. There is no possibility of the applicant not being available to face the trial.

4] The interim order dated 28.01.2020 is made absolute. The applicant shall attend the Police Station as and when required by the Investigating Officer in writing, till the filing of the charge-sheet.
