By preferring this application, the appellant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in filing the first appeal.

The appellant shall deposit the entire decretal amount within eight weeks along with the accrued interest. On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in LAC No.341/2016 be stayed
