This application is for condonation of 10 days delay caused in filing Appeal against the judgment and decree dated 26.11.2019 passed in

G&W Petition No.D-1/2017 by the Judge, Family Court No. 4, Nagpur, thereby custody of minor daughter of the appellant is handed over to the respondent.

For the grounds mentioned in the application, we find the grounds satisfactory and accordingly the application is allowed.
