2] The contention of the applicants is that as and when the recruitment process is initiated the applicants should be considered and they should be given appointment to the suitable posts by taking into consideration that these applicants were surplus Instructors.

3] The cause of action pursued by the applicants is entirely different than the one which is involved in the present petition. The present petition is about seeking of permission to start recruitment process and therefore, these applicants cannot be said to have any interest in the cause

The application is, therefore, rejected.
