This Court on 21.12.2022 rejected the prayer of the present applicant for grant of bail in Crime No.460 of 2022. Thus, this is a successive application and being successive application, it is necessary to point out that there are change in circumstances after rejection of the first application, to maintain the present application. 3.

Shri Samarth, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the applicant pointed out that re-audit is requested by the trust. It is further submitted that the investigation is transferred to Economic Wing. Both the said facts pointed out by the learned Senior Advocate cannot be termed as change in circumstances as far as to revive the prayer for grant of bail.

Thus, in light of well settled law as regards the maintainability of successive application in absence of change in circumstances after rejection of the first application, I do not find merit in the present application. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
