The appeal is preferred by the VIDC, Amravati against judgment and award dated 11.6.2020 passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Achalpur in LAC No.45/2014 by which compensation was enhanced to Rs.47,916/- for 0H.18R for non-irrigated land at the rate of Rs.2,66,200/- and Rs.1,43,748/- for 0H.27R for irrigated at the rate of Rs.5,32,400/-.

Submission of learned counsel for the appellant is, the entire compensation is already deposited by the appellant. 4.
