This Petition was filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to grant compassionate appointment to the Petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs that though the Petition was filed on 28 January 2021, the Petitioner had not informed him that the name of the Petitioner is already included in the waiting list, which is prepared on 18 January 2021.

That being the position, as the Petitioner's name appears in the waiting list, no further relief can be granted. The fact that the name of the Petitioner appears in the waiting list means that the claim of the Petitioner is not denied as on date and the Respondents will have to follow the procedure for grant of compassionate appointment and 5.
