02] Shri S.V. Ingole, learned counsel for the Appellant states that deficit court fee has been paid and all other office objections have been removed. In view of which, the Appeal along with delay condonation application, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections, be restored to the file.

2/2 05] By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 66 days in filing the appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

06] Having considered the reasons stated in the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient grounds, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered. 07] The civil application stands disposed of.
