The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions from the Deputy Director of Education, who is present in the Court states that the students of the Petitioner Institution will be directed to submit their forms with 'Vidya Niketan Junior College, Chandrapur' which

The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the order dated 29 January 2021 passed by the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division will be modified accordingly.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Intervenors state that they will be satisfied with this statement of the Deputy Director.

In view of this statement, without going into any other aspect of the matter, we dispose of the Writ Petition.
