As per the contention of the respondent No.1 his name is Ashok Subhash Ade, however it is inadvertently mentioned as Ashok Subhash Rathod. Said application is supported by the copy of the Government Gazette. The said name is also mentioned in the Land Acquisition Case No.352/2013 being it is a typographical mistake and no prejudice will be caused to the other side.

Permission is granted to correct lower Court record as well as the appeal memo.

Civil Application is disposed of.
