By this application, applicants have seeking withdrawal of the amount by the respondent no.1 and to correct the name of the respondent No.1 on the record. 3.

As per contention of the respondent No.1 that his name is 'Ulhas Rama Chavan'. However, it is mentioned in the appeal memo as Ulhas Rami Chavan.

Considering it is a typographical mistake and it can be corrected being an extensive omission.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the name of the respondent No.1 be corrected. 6.

The appellants to carry out necessary corrections. rkn

By order dated 13/01/2022, the respondent No.1 is already permitted to withdraw the 50% of the amount on furnishing an undertaking and 50% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J).

The Registry is directed to disburse the amount after necessary corrections are made and on due identification and verification.

Civil application (CAF) No. 583/2023 is disposed of.
