By this writ petition, the petitioner sought a direction against the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal to decide the representation of the petitioner. Shri Patil, the learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 to 8, states that the representation of the petitioner is decided on 13.4.2016 and the petitioner is aware about the same. The learned counsel tendered a copy of the said decision in the court for perusal.

In view of the statement made on behalf of the respondent nos.4 to 8, we dispose of the writ petition, with no order as to costs.
