This is an application for speaking to minutes of the order dated 27/11/2020. By the said order, this Court had permitted the respondents to withdraw the amount as per their internal arrangement.

Paragraph 3 of the award indicates that respondent No.1b-Vishnu Datta Itkare has consented for withdrawal of his share by respondent No.1a(iii)- Pandurang Narayan Itkare. However, the name of respondent No.1b-Vishnu Itkare is not reflected in the operative part of the order. Hence, the typographical error is corrected by adding the name of respondent No.1b-Vishnu Datta Itkare at the end of Clause-I of the operative part of the order.

Necessary corrections be carried out. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
