Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The challenge raised in this petition is to the notice dated 12th October, 2023 issued by the respondent No.3. This notice was just to inform the public at large the intention of the acquiring body to acquire the land mentioned in the said notice, which claimed to be owned by the petitioner. Since the said notice culminated in final Award, nothing survives in this petition.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings, if they want to raise any further grievance as regards the Award.

All points are kept open.
