CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1637 OF 2022 By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the judgment and award passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur in L.A.C No.103/2015. 2.

Learned Counsel for the appellants submitted that the principle amount is already deposited.

On depositing the amount of with accrued interest including the statutory benefits within 10 weeks, the implementation, operation and execution of the judgment and award passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur be stayed till final disposal of the appeal. On failure to deposit the amount, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
