This is an application for condonation of delay in filing Misc. Civil Application for restoration of First Appeal Stamp as Registrar (J) refused registration of the appeal for non-removal of office objections. The delay is of 567 days. 2.

For reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay stands condoned. The First Appeal Stamp is restored to its original file, however the same shall be subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/- to be deposited with the Government Pleader's Library at Nagpur within a period of two weeks from today. Learned counsel for applicants to remove office objections within the stipulated period.
