By this civil application, the applicant-petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to grant the status of a Full Time Assistant Teacher to the applicant in respondent No.3-School. The relief sought in this civil application is the substantive relief sought by the petitionerapplicant in the instant petition. After the admission of the writ petition on 28/10/2014, the application need not have been filed. If the respondents have taken a decision in respect of the status of the petitioner, the respondents are free to implement the decision. However, a direction cannot be issued to the respondents, as sought in the application. The civil application stands disposed of.
