Learned counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties submit that the present appeal was filed against the order dated 24/04/2018 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T.-3, Nagpur in M.A.C.P. No. 1042/2012 which was filed under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. Now, the claim petition has been disposed of before the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal vide judgment dated 13/01/2020.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of both the parties, nothing survives in this petition and hence, the same is disposed of as infructuous. JUDGE *DB
