DATED : 17/06/2025 Heard learned Counsel to some extent and perused the Investigation papers. I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned Counsel for the applicant also pointed out that the applicant is arrested on 02/07/2022, thus from last three years he is behind the bar and trial is not yet concluded. Considering the same the Trial Court i.e. Special Judge under the POCSO Act, Malkapur, shall expedite the trial and shall dispose it of at the earliest within six months. 3.

The applicant is at liberty to file application if there is no substantial progress in the trial within six months.

The fees of the appointed Counsel be quantified as per the Rules.
