th MARCH, 2023 In this case by order dated 21.02.2023 non-bailable warrant was issued against the applicant with the direction to in-charge of the concerned Police Station to execute the warrant. The Senior Police Inspector, City Kotwali, Police Station, Amravati City has submitted his report dated 01.03.2023. In his report, he has stated that for the purpose of execution of non bailable warrant police took search of the applicant. At that time police came to know that applicant died on 17.05.2022. Senior Police Inspector has collected the copy of the death certificate and forwarded the same to this Court.

In view of this material placed on record, learned APP submits that this application can be disposed of as having abated.

The report submitted by Senior Police Inspector with death certificate is marked as Annexure "A".

In view of death of the applicant on 17.05.2022, this revision has abated.
