By this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the State Government for deciding the proposal of the petitioner for extension of the age of retirement from 60 to 62 years. Shri Patil, the learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the State Govt. states, on the basis of the Govt. Resolution dated 03.3.2016, that the grievance of the petitioner should stand redressed, as the age of retirement of the petitioner has been extended from 01.3.2016 to 28.2.2018.

Since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. Judge Judge /TA/
