By this application, it is prayed that the decree passed by the appellate Court be stayed during pendency of the appeal. By that decree, the present appellant has been directed to join the company of the non-applicant and cohabit with him. It is found that after the judgment of the appellate Court, the non-applicant has re-married and he has a son from the second marriage.
Despite notice, the non-applicant has not chosen to oppose the prayer made in the application. Hence, the ad-interim relief that was granted on 04.04.2018 in terms of prayer clause (i) of the application is made absolute. Civil application stands disposed of.
